As a musician myself, I had a surprisingly hard time deciding what music I wanted for my ceremony! Once I decided on Tiffany, however, it all became much easier. I've played with Tiffany in local orchestras before and knew first-hand that she is a phenomenal musician and a true professional, and that was only made more clear by the way she handled our wedding. We've performed hundreds of weddings, so we've developed a seamless process that keeps everything running smoothly while you simply enjoy the moment!
On the DAY OF YOUR WEDDING, we arrive early to set up, tune, and connect with your coordinator to finalize timing.
PRELUDE: 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, we’ll start playing prelude music as your guests arrive, creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.
1-2 MINUTES BEFORE CEREMONY: As the ceremony approaches, we’ll finish the final prelude piece after receiving a cue from your wedding coordinator to begin the processionals.
PROCESSIONALS: You typically choose 1 song for the Wedding Party Processional (to include Grandparents, Parents, Officiant and Attendants), 1 song for the Bride, and 1 song for the Recessional at the very end. We will follow your timing closely, so you can simply enjoy the moment and let everything flow naturally.
UNITY CEREMONY: During the ceremony, we're happy to provide music for special moments such as a unity candle, sand ceremony, glass pouring, etc. if desired.
RECESSIONAL: Once you’re officially introduced as a married couple, we’ll begin your recessional song - your joyful walk back down the aisle!
POSTLUDE: As guests begin to exit, we’ll continue with a brief postlude song. If you’ve booked us for cocktail hour music, we’ll relocate to the next location and continue performing.

First step is to fill out the booking/quote request form

Tiffany will send you all the pricing information specific to your location and ensemble choices.

Once you’ve confirmed your event details (date, venue, estimated time, and ensemble choice) Tiffany will send over an ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT for you to review and sign.

A 30% deposit (minimum of $200) is due at the time of signing, and once she receives both the contract and deposit your date is officially reserved!

You will be sent a song/repertoire list along with an electronic 'Wedding Worksheet' form to help guide your music selections. You’re welcome to choose from the list, or request special songs for a possible additional fee.

About ONE MONTH before your wedding you will need to electronically complete and submit your Wedding Worksheet form. This includes your processional order, song selections for each part of the ceremony, and key contacts like your coordinator and officiant - everything we need to know to ensure the music flows perfectly!

TWO WEEKS prior to your wedding, the remaining balance is due.

DAY OF WEDDING: Your musicians will arrive approximately 45 minutes before their performance start time to set up and coordinate with your wedding team. You can relax knowing every musical detail is taken care of, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day!
